Most fire software makes you book a demo to find out what it costs. Here is ours in full — every price, every crew size, no quote required. One rate per slot, and the people who only need to look at your records never cost you anything.
£32 a slot. £27 from ten.
A slot is anyone on your team who logs in and works — operative, surveyor or admin, no distinction between them. Multiply by your team and that is your price. Nothing else is counted.
Pay for the year and take 15% off. Your tenth slot lowers the rate on every slot you have — nine slots is £288 a month, ten is £270.

Any team size works, not just the rows above — the rate is the rate. Prices exclude VAT. Rockfirepro Ltd is VAT registered (GB 524 1698 86), so UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Client observers — your main contractor, the building owner, building control, the fire engineer. They open a link and check the record. They never need a login and they never cost you a slot.
No drawing credits. No storage tiers. No per-report, per-project or per-pin fee. Log the work and the price does not move — only your team size sets it.
We never ration seats
The danger with paying per seat is the tally. Licences get counted, then rationed — and the lad in his first week records nothing, because nobody bought him a seat yet. That is exactly the gap the golden thread cannot afford.
So we do not gate it. Put anyone on the tools the moment you need them and they record from minute one. The slot is added to your account and billed from the day it starts. Nobody at Assaya has to approve it, and nobody on your site is ever locked out of recording their own work.
It runs the other way too. When a job finishes and the crew shrinks, take the slots off yourself from your console. You are not carrying a winter bill for a summer crew, and you are not ringing anyone to arrange it.
Add a person and they work immediately — the slot is billed from the day it starts.

Help moving in, on request
Getting your own records out of Assaya is free and always will be — four exports, self-serve from the console, working whether your account is active or lapsed. That is a button, it costs us nothing, and we do not charge for it.
Getting records in from another system is different. Mapping someone else’s fields to ours, matching their drawings to your plans and checking the result against the original is real work, done by people, and how much of it depends entirely on what you are carrying. So it is quoted, per job, on request.
Your export. Complete backup, evidence ZIP with every photograph and drawing, spreadsheet with quantities and rates, and the door and damper register. Self-serve, no notice, no fee, active or lapsed.
Bringing historic records in from another platform, or preparing a handover pack in a format a third party has specified. Tell us what you have and we will scope it and price it before any work starts.
Our default is a clean start: you begin on your next job. That costs nothing, needs no migration and is what most firms should do — your existing records stay exactly where they are and remain perfectly valid. Migration is worth paying for when you have a live job mid‑flight or a client who wants one register covering everything. We will tell you honestly which of those you are, and we will not pretend everything transfers cleanly, because it rarely does.
Come in early, keep the rate
The first 25 firms to subscribe lock a founder rate of £25 a slot, or £21 from ten slots — and it is held for as long as you are with us. It is the rate that is locked, not the bill: grow from five slots to twenty and you pay the founder rate on all twenty.
If you leave, the rate waits for you. Come back within twelve months and it is still yours — the same twelve months we hold your records for. After that it lapses.
Twenty-five is a real number, counted and closed when it is reached. When the founder rate is gone from this page, it is gone.
Straight answers
What exactly is a slot?
Anyone on your team with a login who does work in Assaya — an operative recording seals on site, a surveyor, or an admin running jobs from the office. They all count the same and they all cost the same. Client observers are not slots: they view records through a link, hold no login, and are free however many of them there are.
Is there a free tier?
The Assaya app has a solo mode that is genuinely free — no account, no server, records held on your own device, and you can try the whole recording flow before you decide anything. There is no free team plan: team workspaces, the console and shared records need a subscription.
What happens when my crew grows mid‑month?
Nothing stops. Add the person, they record straight away, and the slot is billed from the day you added it. We would rather bill you for a slot than have a seal go unrecorded because someone was waiting on a licence.
Can I reduce slots when a job ends?
Yes — tell us and the reduction applies from your next billing date. There is no minimum term and no notice period — you can cancel outright the same way.
What if I leave?
You take everything with you. Full export — evidence pack, register, records, drawings and photos — is available at any time, and it is never behind the paywall: it keeps working even after your subscription ends. We hold your records for twelve months after you stop paying, and your console shows the exact date they are deleted.
Is VAT included?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. Rockfirepro Ltd is VAT registered (GB 524 1698 86), so UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate at checkout and appears as a separate line on your invoice.
Do you charge for drawings, storage or reports?
No. There are no drawing credits, no storage tiers and no per‑report fees. Upload the plans a job needs, log the work, and the price is still your team size multiplied by the rate.
