Pricing

One flat price. No meter.

A crew that grows shouldn't cost more to record. Assaya is one flat monthly price per firm — no per-user meter, no counting licences. Hire the operative, add them to the app, keep the golden thread whole.

The plans

Four tiers, published in the open

Most fire software hides its price behind "talk to sales". Here is ours, in full. Every price is +VAT, billed flat each month. Pay annually and one month is free.

Tier Monthly Founder lifetime Covers
Solo £120 £95 One operative
Crew £180 £139 Up to 10 operatives
Business £450 £349 Up to 25 operatives, then £120 per extra 5
Enterprise From £950 By arrangement Custom scope, agreed with you

All prices exclude VAT. Founder lifetime prices are reserved for the first 25 firms and are held for the life of the account.

First 25 firms · lifetime lock

Come in early, keep the price

The first 25 firms to join lock lifetime founder prices — Solo £95, Crew £139, Business £349 — held for as long as the account runs. Firms 26 to 100 take 10% off the first year as early adopters. Pay annually on any tier and one month is free. All figures are +VAT.

Why no meter

Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring

Charge by the seat and every new operative is a line on the invoice — so the tally starts, the licences get rationed, and the lad on his first week records nothing because no one bought him a seat yet. That is exactly the gap the golden thread cannot afford.

A flat plan means the whole crew records from day one. Add operatives, move them between jobs, bring on a subcontractor for a fortnight — the price does not move and nobody is counting licences. You pick the tier that fits the size of the firm, not the headcount on any given week.

One price, the whole crew on the tools, every seal attested. That is the deal.

Questions

Straight answers

Is there a free tier?

No. There is no free tier. Design partners are the exception — firms that help shape the product get year one free. If that is you, apply on the design-partner page.

What counts as an operative?

An operative is a person who records work on site through the app — capturing seals, doors and dampers under their own name. Your tier sets how many operatives the plan covers: one on Solo, up to 10 on Crew, up to 25 on Business, then £120 per extra 5. Office and client-observer roles in the console are part of the plan, not counted as operatives.

Can I change tier?

Yes. Move up when the crew grows or down when it settles — the flat price for the new tier applies from the change. Your records, jobs and golden thread stay exactly as they are; only the plan around them changes.

What if I leave?

You take everything with you. Full data export is available at any time, plus a handover pack if you move on. Your records are the durable statutory evidence the Building Safety Act expects — they are never held hostage to a subscription.

Is VAT included?

No. Every price on this page is quoted excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate on your invoice.
