Courses and Workshops
At Assaya, we regularly host courses and workshops.
These currently include a Yoga Fundamentals Course, an Adult Dance class and a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course.

Yoga
Flow through connected breathwork, invigorating free movement, deep and lengthening postures, and finish with peaceful meditation. No class will feel the same, you will be guided by what you need and take from each class what you will.
