Start with one slot and add the rest of the crew the moment the job needs them; every slot is billed from the day it starts. Prefer to talk it through first? Tell us what you record and how many people need a login, and a real person replies, usually the same day.
£32 a slot, a month. £27 from ten slots up.
A slot is any account that logs in and does work - operative, surveyor or admin. They all cost the same; there is no separate charge for the office. Client observers - main contractor, building owner, building control, fire engineer - open a link, hold no login and cost nothing. They are never counted.
At ten slots the lower rate applies to every slot, so the tenth slot brings the bill down: nine slots is £288 a month, ten is £270. Annual billing takes 15 per cent off. The rate is the rate at any team size - above forty slots it is still £27 a slot, with no arrangement to negotiate.

No drawing credits, no storage tiers, no per-report, per-project or per-pin fee. The price is set by team size and nothing else - and the whole list is printed right here, with no demo to sit through before anyone will tell you a number.
Prices exclude VAT. Rockfirepro Ltd is UK VAT registered (GB 524 1698 86). On UK orders, UK VAT is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, as a separate line on your invoice. Buying from Ireland? We sell to VAT-registered businesses - enter your VAT number at checkout and the reverse charge applies, so no UK VAT is added; orders without a valid VAT number are refunded in full. Nobody on site waits for a licence
The danger with paying per seat is the tally: licences get counted, then rationed, and the lad in his first week records nothing because nobody bought him a seat yet. So we do not gate it. Put anyone on the tools the moment you need them and they record from minute one - nobody has to approve it, and nobody on site is ever locked out of recording their own work. The slot is added to your account and billed from the day it starts. It runs the other way too: when a job finishes, tell us and your slot count comes down from your next billing date.

Your slot count comes straight from your payment - nothing further to agree. A person stands up your own private instance and database and emails you the link, usually within the hour in working hours. UK-hosted, isolated, yours alone. Add people from the console, scoped per job and per trade. Each login is a slot. Client observers are invited the same way, hold no login and are never counted or charged.
