A slot is any account that logs in and does work — operative, surveyor or admin. They all cost the same; there is no separate charge for the office. Client observers — main contractor, building owner, building control, fire engineer — open a link, hold no login and cost nothing. They are never counted.
At ten slots the lower rate applies to every slot, so the tenth slot brings the bill down: nine slots is £288 a month, ten is £270. Annual billing takes 15 per cent off. The rate is the rate at any team size — above forty slots it is still £27 a slot, with no arrangement to negotiate.

No drawing credits, no storage tiers, no per-report, per-project or per-pin fee. The price is set by team size and nothing else — and the whole list is printed right here, with no demo to sit through before anyone will tell you a number.
Prices exclude VAT. Rockfirepro Ltd is VAT registered (GB 524 1698 86), so UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Nobody on site waits for a licence
The danger with paying per seat is the tally: licences get counted, then rationed, and the lad in his first week records nothing because nobody bought him a seat yet. So we do not gate it. Put anyone on the tools the moment you need them and they record from minute one — nobody has to approve it, and nobody on site is ever locked out of recording their own work. The slot is added to your account and billed from the day it starts. It runs the other way too: when a job finishes, tell us and your slot count comes down from your next billing date.
Pick your door
Two clear routes onto the platform. Both put you on your own isolated instance from day one; the difference is how you come aboard and what you lock in.
Founder rate
£25 a slot, or £21 a slot from ten slots up. What locks is the rate, not the bill — grow from five slots to twenty and all twenty are at the founder rate. It is held for life while you are with us. If you leave, we hold the rate for twelve months of non-membership, the same twelve months we hold your records, and after that it lapses. Twenty-five is a real number, counted, and when it is gone it is gone.
Design partner
Your first year at half price — £16 a slot — then the founder rate of £25 a slot held for life. In exchange for real-job use, a 30-minute feedback call each month, and a short case study once you have a run behind you. Design-partner places count within the twenty-five. Firm twenty-six onwards pays the standard rate — £32 a slot, £27 from ten. That is the published price, and it does not move.
